KPI Fuel LLC is a performance marketing partner organized in the United States. We provide mobile application user acquisition services through paid social advertising platforms, working directly with advertisers under separate written engagements.

In the course of providing services, KPI Fuel operates campaigns on third-party advertising platforms including TikTok, Meta, and Snap. Our use of those platforms is governed by each platform's own terms of service and policies. Nothing on the Site should be construed as an endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by any third-party platform.
6. No Warranty
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KPI Fuel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
